Vehical # 1 (BMW): Party # 1's vehicle was located on the east shoulder of
SR-35 n/b. Vehicle # 1 sustained major damage as a result of his collision
including damage to the following:

• left side.
• gas tank.

No prior vehicle damage was claimed or noted.

(BMW) on SR-35 n/b n/of Alpine Rd. at approximately 50 miles per hour.
P-1 then felt an impact to the front of his motorcycle. P-1 did not see what hit
him.
 

Witness # 1 (Sandin): was contacted at the collision scene and was
identified by a California driver's license. W1 releated to me in essence that:
He was driving on SR-35 n/b n/of Alpine Rd. at approximately 40 miles per
hour.
W-1 looked in his vehicle's rear view mirror and saw V-1 200 to 300 yards
behind him. W-1 saw a deer on the west side of roadway. The deer
jumped in a easterly direction and hit V-1.
