NOTIFICATION:
I was dispatched to a call of a traffic collision with an ambulance
responding
at approximately 1008 hours. I responded from I-280 n/b s/of SR-92
and
arrived at the collision scene at approximately 1022 hours. All times,
speed,
and measurements in this investigation are approximate. Measurements
were taken by odometer, foot pace and visual estimation.
SCENE:
At the scene of this collision, SR-35 N/of Alpine is a northbound/southbound
aligned freeway within unincorporated San Mateo County. The roadway
consists of two lanes in each direction. Northbound traffic is separated
from
southbound traffic by a solid double yellow lines. The roadway is straight,
level
and is composed of primarily asphalt. The roadway was dry and the weather
at the time of my arrival was clear, cool and dry. See factual
